A practice keeps evolving. New people join, tasks change, new technologies are introduced. For this to work day to day, it takes clear agreements, transparent decisions and a shared understanding within the team.

I support practice owners, practice management and teams in clarifying responsibilities, bringing different perspectives together and implementing change jointly – both within the practice and externally.

To do this, I combine more than 25 years of experience in the dental industry with my background in business administration, educational science and psychology. Interdisciplinary collaboration between clinical application, development and the market has shaped my career – and my perspective on what a practice needs.
